Paracetamol - paracetamol acts by blocking the synthesis of pro-inflammatory prostaglandins and also by blocking nociceptors which results in increasing pain threshold and hence no feeling of pain.
Serratiopeptidase - serratiopeptidase breaks down the insoluble protein-by-products of blood coagulation e.g.cell debris, proteins, invading micro-organisms,fibrin etc into simple proteins and hence enhances antibiotic/NSAIDs penetration into the inflammed areas.
